Female portraits

It is said that a portrait is a mirror of the soul. I usually do portraits which are on the dark side, tinkering with shadows and light to achieve the right mood.

Some of the pictures are made in the studio, others on location, with a good mix of flash lighting and available light. That is just techniques, however. The main thing is the team work with a model, who knows how to make what’s on the photographer’s mind visible to the beholder.
